We will deliver your order within 7 working days unless otherwise advised by our customer services.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Small packet / bag up to a maximum of 300g £3.99 Inc VAT
Small parcel / bag up to a maximum of 5kg 10.99 Inc VAT
Package up to a maximum of 20kg £11.99 Inc VAT
Packages over 20kg £19.99 Inc VAT

Overseas Orders

Please contact our customer services department on 01326 375990 or email info@ibsmarine.co.uk for a quote. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order via our website but our customer services department will be able to assist you with your enquiry.

Returns

If you have a problem with your purchase or the item is damaged please contact our customer services department on 01326 375990 or email info@ibsmarine.co.uk, they will be happy to advise you accordingly.

Should you need to return your item please use the following steps:

- Pack your parcel securely making sure you provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

We would advise that you consider having your parcel insured for loss, and cover it for the value of its contents with the delivery service you choose to return the goods to us.
